This is my first ever blog in net, so i had a small discussion with me and decide to write blog about Firefox.
Credit card companies have a little secret they don’t like to actively make public. It’s called the “universal default clause”. These three words mean if you happen to pay late on, say, your car loan or even your electricity bill, your credit card company could increase your interest rate by several orders of magnitude.
Most people, when applying for a 30 year loan, believe that the bank weighs their creditworthiness on if they can carry the note to term. In reality, the bank wants you to either move or default on the loan at about the seven year mark.
Concerns continue around sub-prime mortgage defaults perhaps spilling into other credit markets & impacting the economy as a whole?But, who experienced the biggest jump in delinquencies .... Sub-prime ARMs or Conforming ARMs ???
