The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Luxembourgish: Groussherzogtum Lëtzebuerg, French: Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, German: Großherzogtum Luxemburg) is a small landlocked country in western Europe, bordered by Belgium, France, and Germany. Luxembourg has a population of under half a million people in an area of about 2,600 square kilometres (997 sq mi), which is slightly smaller than the American state of Rhode Island.
Luxembourg is a parliamentary representative democracy with a constitutional monarchy, ruled by a Grand Duke. It is the world's only sovereign Grand Duchy. Luxembourg is a founding member of the European Union, NATO, the United Nations, Benelux, and the Western European Union, reflecting the political consensus in favour of economic, political, and military integration. The city of Luxembourg, the capital and largest city, is the seat of several institutions and agencies of the European Union.
Luxembourg lies on the cultural divide between Romance Europe and Germanic Europe, borrowing customs from each of the distinct traditions. While French and Luxembourgish are the predominant languages in daily life and on the streets, Luxembourg remains a trilingual country; French, German, and Luxembourgish are official languages. Although a secular state, Luxembourg is predominantly Roman Catholic.

Many European societies decriminalised it - France in 1810, then Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Portugal. It is also legal in Turkey, Brazil and Japan. In Britain, by contrast, the law banning incest was extended to cover step-siblings in 2002. It remains illegal elsewhere, including Germany.
Sometimes being bad at your craft is the best way to get recognized as an artist. Claude Closky managed to do just that. Wondering who had inflicted the web site for the MUDAM museum in Luxembourg (http://www.mudam.lu) upon humanity? Look no further.
This plot displays the GDP per capita versus paper consumption per capita in the countries of the world. A positive correlation does seem to exist (i.e. higher GDP means higher paper consumption), but there are some interesting outliers (specifically Luxembourg, which has the highest GDP per capita).
