Chinese dairy company Bright Dairy & Food Co. said its parent is forming a new food-related venture with three other state-owned companies as part of an overhaul mandated by the government, the Wall Street Journal reported.



A trade fair in Shanghai has attracted many "new world" wine labels who have come to China to show their wares for the first time. Although foreign wines still make up just a small fraction of China's admittedly small wine market, consumption is rising, and Chinese consumers may be attracted by the novelty and lower cost of many new world wines...
